The part management in HiCAD neXt manages parts and assemblies according to master data. The parts can be added to the product structure and further parts list relevant data can be added to the product structure as well.

The product structure is visualised graphically. The parts lists can be output with the printer, in a file or can be added to the scene. You can also use the Report Manager additionally to process and combine individual parts lists. A large variety of functions is available, e.g. allocation of filters, specification of various sorting criteria and format setting, processing parts list positions, configuration of parts list attributes and many more. Apart from printing, the parts list can also be exported to different file formats, e.g. MS Excel, HTML – with a graphical display of the parts lists positions or text. You are also enabled to switch between structure and quantity parts list by just a click. The parts list data are saved in independent files and can be loaded and processed at any time.
